Spring set in early this year. Some of my neighbors began to grow flowers. There were morning glories, jasmine, cactus, and the like in their flowerpots. I wanted to have a try myself. But I had neither knowledge nor experience in such matters. Fortunately, I came across a book on plants in the library. I read the relevant chapters, which left me with the impression that any plant would grow luxuriantly if you could supply it with sufficient fertilizer and water. Of these two essential factors, fertilizer was obviously by far the more important one.

According to what I had learnt from the hook, I sowed some seeds of morning glory in a flowerpot with a lot of fertilizer, and watered them everyday. I really took good care of them and eagerly awaited their sprouting. But,be that as it may,they just didnt come up. When half a month had elapsed,I was absolutely disappointed. I dug some of the seeds out of the soil and found they had already rotted! Why they had rotted defied my analysis. So I went to consult one of my neighbors. He told me my failure was due to my misunderstanding of the hook, and the fact was that I had overfed them water or fertilizer may be a two-edged sword.

I think I must draw a lesson from this failure——Never go beyond the limit even if for good purpose.

本人這個學期能，遵守勞動紀律，從未曠工，上課從不遲到，與同級組老師團結合作，用心支持科組工作，不折不扣的完成科組長分配的任務，用心參加各類教研活動，并且把教研活動所得及時運用到教學中去!

一年來，能堅持以\\\^v^三個代表\\\^v^重要思想為指導，愛崗敬業(yè)，認真學習貫徹黨的十九大精神，嚴格遵守《中小學教師職業(yè)道德規(guī)范》要求，落實教育局和學校工作部署，以重實際，抓實事，求實效為教學工作的基本原則，以培養(yǎng)學生創(chuàng)新精神和實踐能力為重點，以新課程改革為契機，深化課堂教學改革，認真落實課程計劃，落實教學常規(guī)，落實教學改革措施，大力推進素養(yǎng)教育，使所任班級教學質量有了大面積提高，現(xiàn)就將一年以來工作情況總結如下：一、加強學習，提高思想認識，樹立新的理念。堅持每周的政治學習和業(yè)務學習，緊緊圍繞學習新課程，構建新課程，嘗試新教法的目標，不斷更新教學觀念。注重把學習新課程標準與構建新理念有機的結合起來。二、教學工作教學工作是學校各項工作的中心，也是檢驗一個教師工作成敗的關鍵。一年來，在堅持抓好新課程理念學習和應用的同時，我積極探究教育教學規(guī)律，充分運用學校現(xiàn)有的教育教學資源，大膽改革課堂教學，加大新型教學方法使用力度，取得了明顯效果，具體表現(xiàn)在：

一、發(fā)揮教師為主導的作用

1、備課深入細致。

2、注重課堂教學效果。

3、堅持參加校內外教學研討活動，不斷汲取他人的寶貴經(jīng)驗，提高自己的教學水平。

4、在作業(yè)批改上，認真及時，力求做到全批全改，重在訂正，及時了解學生的學習情況，以便在輔導中做到有的放矢。

二、做好后進生轉化工作

作為教師，應該明白任何學生都會同時存在優(yōu)點和缺點兩方面，對優(yōu)生的優(yōu)點是顯而易見的，對后進生則易于發(fā)現(xiàn)其缺點，尤其是在學習上后進的學生，往往得不到老師的肯定，而后進生轉化成功與否，直接影響著全班學生的整體成績。所以，一年來，我一直注重從以下幾方面抓好后進生轉化工作：

1、用進展的觀點看學生。

2、因勢利導，化消極因素為積極因素。

3、真正做到曉之以理，動之以情。

教育工作，是一項常做常新，永無止境的工作。 一份春華，一份秋實，在教書育人的道路上我付出的是辛勤的汗水和真摯的淚水，然而我收獲的卻是那一份份充實，那沉甸甸的情感。我用我的心去教誨我的學生，我用我的情去培育我的學生，我無愧于我心，我無悔于我的事業(yè)。讓我把一生矢志教育的心愿化為熱愛學生的一團火，將自己最珍貴的愛奉獻給孩子們，相信今日含苞欲放的花蕾，明日一定能盛開絢麗的花朵。

本學期我繼續(xù)擔任高二3、4兩個理科班的英語科教學，根據(jù)學期初制定的教學計劃，現(xiàn)已基本完成教學任務。這一學期來，本人更積極地去了解學生，去摸清學生的學習基礎，以便以更好的“因材施教”。在教學中認真?zhèn)湔n、上課、聽課、評課，及時批改作業(yè)、講評作業(yè)，做好課后輔導工作，廣泛涉獵各種知識，形成比較完整的知識結構，嚴格要求學生，尊重學生，發(fā)揚教學民主，使學生學有所得，從而不斷提高自己的教學水平和思想覺悟，并順利完成教育教學任務。

下面是本人對一學期教學工作的一個總結。

理科班男生多，而多數(shù)男生討厭背單詞，因此他們最大的難關就是單詞關，詞匯量少，嚴重影響了他們對英語的學習興趣。針對這一點，我在日常的教學中特別重視學生對詞匯的學習與積累，要求單詞每課過關，并且每課都進行單詞聽寫，要求人人過關，不斷督促學生多背單詞、短語及一些好的句子。不過，每個班總是有5、6個學生就是不肯去背單詞。

由于是新教材，對每課的教材處理，在備課組內都會先進行認真的討論，并結合新課標的要求，進行取舍，真正做到了用教材教學，而不是單純地教教材。每一堂課，我都是結合我們學生的實際情況，精心地備課并認真寫好教案。課后能及時進行反思小結，不斷提高自己的業(yè)務水平。

本學期我們選用英語周報作為教輔材料，充分發(fā)揮了它的作用。每周進行倆次聽力訓練，選用部分隨堂練習作為課堂鞏固練習。周報上的完形填空和語法填空，要求大家認真去完成并及時講評。閱讀理解和寫作部分作為選做內容，一小部分基礎差的學生，我只要求他們選做容易的題。另外，每班有15人，鼓勵她們每周寫一篇作文，我都采取當面批改，經(jīng)過一段時間的訓練，這部分學生的書面表達能力有了很大的提高。我認為本學期我在分層次布置作業(yè)方面，取得了不錯的成效。

課后我積極參與聽課、評課，虛心向同行學習教學方法，博采眾長，提高教學水平。

一學期來，所任教班級學生的英語學習興趣及能力有所提高，在學校組織的歷次考試中，成績進步明顯。

總之，一份耕耘，一份收獲。教學工作苦樂相伴。我將一直以“勤學、善思、真抓、實干”為準則，一如既往，再接再勵，繼續(xù)做好培優(yōu)扶中和輔差工作，把自己的教學工作做到扎實有效。
